AHS PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION
Associated Hebrew Schools’ Parents’ Association is run by dedicated school families who are committed to enhancing programs to the benefit of our students. In support of this important goal, the AHSPA proudly delivers amazing programs and activities.
AHSPA FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS
In support of these initiatives, the AHSPA runs many amazing fundraising programs throughout the school year. It is with the support of our incredibly engaged families that these programs are such a success.

Marlies Day
This is a favourite annual event that AHSPA participates in and kids look forward to each year. Come and cheer on our amazing AHS Choir AND our local Toronto Marlies hockey team. Our choir performs the national anthem as well as during intermission. Bring your family and friends to this fun event and look out for contests, where you may be chosen to see the Marlies up close and personal and cheer them on in the Fan Tunnel! (Hot Kosher food is arranged by the stadium.) Stay tuned for event information.
Textbooks
We know how much there is to think about and consider when preparing your children for their middle school years. The AHSPA, in partnership with the AHS administration and local vendors, is proud to offer all your textbook needs. We offer the full line of textbooks, and other materials needed at a discounted rate, as long as you participate in the pre-order program. Your purchase is then packaged for your child. Textbooks sales start at the end of the current academic year. Look out for important information about this program in June!

The AHSPA is proud to offer the opportunity to purchase your children’s back-to-school supplies through School Start, a school supply store customized for AHS! Our AHS teachers provide their supply lists and School Start makes kits accordingly. If you would like to customize, or shop entirely on your own, you can do that as well. Once you’re done shopping, everything gets delivered straight to your home. Look out for this great sale in the summer!
